WaterWorld is an aquapark that covers an area of almost 150 thousand square meters. It is located north of Lloret de Mar (about 10 minutes drive from the city), offers guests a number of slides, including those where you need to go boating, swimming pools for families with children, lawns for sunbathing, restaurants and eateries as well as excellent service.WaterWorld was built in 1985, now new attractions are being completed there, but this does not interfere with the work of the park.
How to get to Water-World
Getting to WaterWorld is easiest from Lloret de Mar, buses (free) run every half hour from the station, and from Calella, Blanes, Tossa de Mar, Pineda, Santa Susanna and Malgrat de Mar they depart in the morning and in the evening.WaterWorld opening hours

The cost of tickets to Water-World
The ticket costs 26.5 euros for anyone above 1.2 m, which means it can ride on any slides. For children from 0.8 to 1.2 meters and the elderly (from 65 years) - 15 euros. Children under 0.8 m are free. In addition, ticket prices will be significantly lower if you buy the "family" option for 4 people. In addition to the traditional attractions in the Water-World there are some very scary or unusual:Kamikaces is an almost-vertical slide, 77 meters long. When descending from it, you can accelerate to 60 km / h.
X-treme Mountain is one of the longest rides in Europe: 260 meters. You need to go in special boats, and only from the "shore" it seems that it is not scary!
Storm - popular among the youth "flush" in a deep pool, in front of which you will find many turns.
Water Mountain is an attraction similar to X-treme Mountain, just in a different part of the park. Many argue which is worse: try both!
Rafting River - you can go together, three together, the four of us on a special cheesecake circle. First - a long black pipe, then - light and ... a waterfall right on your back! And so several times. Very fond of children.
Water Pistes - four parallel descent.
Piscina d'Ondes - a pool with imitation of sea waves, the height of which sometimes reaches 2 m.
Kiddie Island and Llac Infantil - pools with an island in the middle. The island has many slides and other entertainment for small children. The special charm is the bucket, which suddenly overturns water.
Piscines La Calma and Llac Relax - pools for those who like a quiet rest. There is calm water, jacuzzi, hydromassage and small waterfalls. These pools are located in the most quiet area of the water park, where there is almost no noise, din and screeching of the guests.
